Finding Joy in the Storm

I found joy today mourning over the loss of a love that wasn’t mine to have and a failure that needs a redo. I cried, I was silent, I stayed busy, I talked with close friends, I let it sink in enough to understand what I needed to do to restart. As I’m healing, I’m conscious of what I need to do and what I have to do. Being on the bottom only allows you to look up and continue forward. Growing my mind and my heart to except what is and what will be.
