4 things I’m learning in Diet Recovery:


1. I can’t do everything myself, I need people to help me. 2. I need to let my body tell me what to do instead of me telling it what to do. 3.The process of recovery is slow, which it should be. If it were quick, we wouldn’t have time to learn the lessons we were meant to learn. 4. Be patient with yourself. Everyone’s journey is different and you have nothing to prove to anyone.
