Consistent Self Care


I’m so glad to be a part of DFIT! In my 4/5 yrs.(I’ve lost count, lol), I’ve learned so much. It has helped me adapt to new situations without stress or harm. I’ve had many gains, losses and now a new lifestyle. DFIT hasn’t changed even though I have. Its consistency has kept me grounded and its pathway has given me wings! Meal planning, even in diet recovery, helps me be mindful of what I eat and allows me to have an instant meal that’s healthy. Thanks DFIT!
